Patience Puzzle by Tucker Jones Tavern Puzzles

This is the first Tavern Puzzle that I, Seth, ever solved and let me tell you, it took a lot of patience! (About 12 hours worth!)   When you try to solve this puzzle just be patient (and persistent) and the solution will come to you.
